Acceptance

By accessing mailanchor.io, joining the waitlist, or using any Mail Anchor service (including the free demo validator), you agree to these Terms.

Description of Service

Mail Anchor provides an email validation and list-cleaning service. During the current pre-launch and beta phase, access is limited and provided "as-is" with no uptime or accuracy guarantees.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent that all information you submit is accurate.

Waitlist & Beta Access

• • Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee access.
• • We may prioritise or limit beta accounts at our sole discretion.
• • Beta access may be revoked at any time without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• • Upload lists containing personal data of children under 16
• • Upload lists you do not have legal permission to process
• • Use the service for spam, phishing, or any unlawful purpose
• • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service
• • Resell or white-label the service without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe these rules have been violated.

Intellectual Property

The Mail Anchor name, logo, and service are our property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose only.

Payment & Refunds (applicable when paid plans launch)

• • All fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law.
• • We may change prices with 30 days notice.

No Warranty

The service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". We do not warrant 100% accuracy, uptime, or that the service will meet your specific requirements. During beta, we especially make no accuracy or uptime guarantees.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mail Anchor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 3 months (or $50 during beta, whichever is greater).

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (EU).

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
