We take your privacy extremely seriously. Mail Anchor is built for marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams who cannot afford to have their email data misused.
What we collect
- • The email addresses and any additional columns you upload or paste for validation purposes.
- • Your account email address and any optional name/company you provide when you sign up or join the waitlist.
- • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and debugging.
How we use your uploaded email lists
- • We only use the uploaded data to perform the requested validation (syntax check, domain check, mailbox existence check, risk scoring, etc.).
- • The file is processed in memory or in temporary encrypted storage.
- • As soon as the validation job is finished and you have downloaded your results, we permanently delete the uploaded file and all results from our systems within 2 hours (usually within minutes).
- • We never store, log, sell, share, or re-use, or train any models on your email lists.
What we do NOT do with your data
- • Never sell, rent, or share your lists with third parties
- • Never add the addresses to any marketing list
- • Never use your data for advertising or analytics across users
- • Never keep your files longer than needed to deliver the result

These are processed instantly in memory and are never stored or logged.
Cookies & analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-friendly, EU-hosted, no cookies) only to count page views and waitlist sign-ups. No personal tracking.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe or Paddle. We never see or store your credit-card details.
Security
- • All uploads are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- • Access is restricted to a minimum number of authorised personnel.
- • We are GDPR-compliant by design and are working toward SOC 2 Type I in 2026.
Your rights
You can request deletion of any data we might still hold by emailing hello@mailanchor.io. We will respond within 48 hours.
Children
Mail Anchor is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we ever make material changes to this policy, we will notify waitlist members and registered users by email.
